Membership Agreement

1. Membership Terms

By becoming a member of the Circular Economy Cooperative, you agree to abide by all cooperative policies, by laws, and codes of conduct. Membership is valid for one calendar year and must be renewed annually.

2. Member Rights

• Participate in all cooperative activities and programs
• Vote on cooperative matters and board elections
• Access member benefits and resources
• Attend member meetings and events
• Request information about cooperative operations

3. Member Responsibilities

• Uphold the cooperative's mission and values
• Comply with all cooperative policies and procedures
• Contribute to cooperative initiatives as appropriate to membership type
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct
• Pay any required membership fees or dues

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees vary by membership type and are determined annually by the Board of Directors. Fees support cooperative operations and member services.

5. Termination

Membership may be terminated by the member at any time with written notice. The cooperative may terminate membership for violation of policies, non-payment of fees, or conduct inconsistent with cooperative values.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the cooperative's dispute resolution process, which includes mediation and arbitration as needed.
